We honor your right to privacy.
Wild Iris Medical Education requests personal information from our customers during course registration. In order to receive a Certificate of Completion for our courses, you must provide your name, address, license number, and licensing state. (If you do not yet have a license, you will be able to indicate this and proceed with registration.) We also request similar information when our customers create and/or update an account in our system. In all cases, we protect the privacy of your information.
Personal information is disclosed only in the following instances:
- When an accrediting agency or certification board requires verification that an individual has successfully completed a course.
- When an agency requires us to report persons successfully completing a course for verification that a mandated requirement has been met. Agencies we currently report to are Florida’s CE Broker and the New York State Education Department.
- When a company or organization has contracted with us to provide a master group account for its employees.
We do not store your credit card information.
Credit card information you submit is encrypted for safe transit over the Internet, and we do not keep your card number after your payment transaction has been completed.
We do not sell, rent, or trade our e-mail list.
People who opt to receive email from Wild Iris Medical Education will receive periodic messages from us announcing new courses, special offers, and other information. We do not provide our email list to any outside organization and you may unsubscribe from our email list at any time.
Our log files do not link to personal information.
The Wild Iris Medical Education server uses log files to track the number of people coming to our website in order to analyze trends and demographics. The logs are not linked to personally identifiable information.
